How do I prepare and submit my files?

You can upload your files using our Artworker tool during the check out process, which helps ensure everything is formatted correctly before printing. We also provide templates and guides to make file setup simple and accurate. For more details please visit our FILE PREP page.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept print-ready PDFs and high-resolution JPGs. For best results, files should be a minimum of 300 DPI and properly formatted for print, including bleed where needed. Additional details can be found on our FILE PREP page.

How do I make sure my book is formatted correctly?

We offer TEMPLATES, GUIDES, and FILE PREP tools like our spine width calculator to help you size everything correctly. Following these resources helps avoid issues and ensures a smooth printing process.

Can I review my project before full production?

Yes. You can choose between a free digital proof or a printed proof copy (ordered as a product quantity of one.) Reviewing a proof is the best way to confirm everything looks exactly how you want before full production begins.

What happens if there’s an issue with my order?

If there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right. If issues come from the submitted files, we recommend ordering a proof beforehand to catch anything early and avoid reprints. Please reach out to us at sales@comixwellspring.com.
